This role is a great fit if:

  • Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a Call Center (experience in the medical or health insurance field is a plus).
  • Education: You hold a university degree.
  • Digital Savvy: You have strong digital skills and a genuine interest in process optimization, CRM systems, online tools, and reporting.
  • Languages: You have an advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
  • People Skills: You enjoy working with people and helping them grow; you can handle challenges without compromising quality.
  • Target Driven: You are results-oriented and KPI-focused, while maintaining a healthy team balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination: Lead the operator team and organize daily activities.
  • Scheduling: Contribute to the creation of work shifts and schedules.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and take prompt action when bottlenecks occur.
  • Quality Control: Monitor performance and quality indicators.
  • Operational Support: Provide coaching and hands-on support for team members.
  • Escalation Management: Handle complex cases that exceed the standard operator level.
  • Digital Optimization: Use data and digital tools to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, Claims, Underwriting, and Sales.
